REPAIRS AND EXCHANGES

Please acknowledge all sales are FINAL. I will be happy to offer an exchange for items purchased and/or received within 14 days if they do not meet the expectations of the customer. Exchanges may not be made on items damaged while in the possession of the customer, however, repairs can be made. Items returned for exchange or repair must arrive in proper care packaging, with tags, supplied jewelry boxes and pouches along with a copy of the receipt. If customer does not find anything to exchange for at that time, a credit will be issued and the customer will have up to 1 year to use issued credit.

Please be kind to your jewelry and you will enjoy it for years to come. I warranty basic repairs at no charge for pieces purchased within 60 days. If the extent of breakage on a piece (purchased within the 60 day period or thereafter) requires special attention such as reworking or redesigning charges will likely apply. The customer will be notified of any charges before any repairs are made. If sending a piece of jewelry back for repair, please gather any loose beads to enclose in proper packaging and always apply a piece of tape to the broken end of string to keep other beads from falling off. Charges will apply if additional/ replacement materials need to be added to complete the repair.

Please include a check or money order in the amount of $10.00 for return USPS Priority s/h (insured) OR $5.00 for USPS 1st Class s/h with tracking.

Proper Packaging is the key to getting your item back to me safely for your exchange or repair.  All items should be re-packaged the way they were received.     If you have any questions regarding re-packing your items, please contact me at 404.606.3222.   I will be more than happy to assist you.

JEWELRY CARE TIPS & SUGGESTIONS

Here are a few tips to keep you and your jewelry happy and beautiful!

~DO always store your jewelry appropriately. I recommend hanging, using a jewelry case or storing in the boxes or pouches included with your order. Chain jewelry loves to get tangled. Try storing the bottom of the necklace or earrings in the drawstring pouch or even a plastic zip bag and then flat in a box or jewelry case.

~DO gently clean your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. I also recommend "Precious Liquid Jewelry Cleaner" for chains. I sell this if interested.

~DO NOT get impatient with your jewelry. If you are having a difficult time with a clasp, take a deep breath and try again. Forcing a necklace, bracelet, or earrings in any way can lead to breakage.   If there is a struggle taking place when putting on or taking off a piece of jewelry, there might be a mechanical flaw with the clasp which may need to be looked at to determine whether or not to replace the clasp.   Please contact me with any such concerns.   The integrity of my work is extremely important to me.

~DO NOT put on or take off jewelry while standing on hard surfaces like stone, concrete, etc. One slip of the fingers, and the beautiful stones in your piece of jewelry may shatter on the ground. Some natural stones are more fragile than others and there is no guarantee of my finding an exact replacement.

~DO enjoy your new treasure and be sure to visit my site often to add more one of a kind jewelry to your collection!
