I hope you will be delighted with your jewelry purchase. Please acknowledge all sales are final, however, it is my wish for you to collect a piece of my jewelry that you will cherish and adore for years to come. If you find that you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) in exchange for another item(s)/adjustment and/or store credit. Customer is responsible for return for exchange shipping charges. Please contact me at klhwink@mindspring.com prior to shipping jewelry to initiate exchange. 

No exchanges on custom or adjusted/altered jewelry. Note the following guidelines for returning items below. 

Please contact Kristi Hyde Jewelry Design within 7 days of receipt of your delivery to arrange the exchange/adjustment/return, then make sure to ship the item back within 14 days of receipt preferably returned in original packaging. Items are returned at the shippers own risk, so I recommend using a special service to insure the shipment against loss or damage.

Please use packing materials such as bubble wrap + sturdy box or padded envelope + secure packing tape and ship with a trackingnumber > Insurance optional. 

Kristi Hyde Jewelry Design is not responsible for return postage on items returned for exchange or repair by the customer.

Orders must be returned in perfect condition for exchange.

Original postage will not be refunded to buyer.

Complimentary shipping for replacement orders unless special handling charges should apply.
